Half plate daguerreotype, presumably French. In its original mount and original wooden frame.
Lot 2: Dominique Achille Coeulte (b. after 1804 - date unknown) , Two French Daguerreotypes, 1840s
Quarter-plate daguerreotypes, framed, one of which is signed (by incising) 'Coeulte' in two places on the image, and which bears a Coeulte label on the reverse. Quantity: 2
Lot 3: Oskar H. Fielitz (1819-1859) , Portrait of Sophie Reuter and her daughters, 1855
Full plate daguerreotype. In its original mount and original frame. The reverse of the frame is dated and bears the names of the sitters in unknown hands.
Lot 4: Anonymous) , Study of casts of an antique relief, c. 1840
Daguerreotype. With its original paper mount.
Lot 5: - George Wilson Bridges (1788 - 1863) , 'Temple of Jupiter', c. 1848
Calotype negative, titled in pencil on the attached cover sheet, and discreetly inscibed 'Bridges' in ink on the reverse.
