Amanda Wakeley founded her fashion label in 1990. She is renowned for her fluid, glamorous evening wear and has counted amongst her loyal clientele the late Princess Diana and Hollywood luminaries such as Scarlett Johansson, Dame Helen Mirren and Demi Moore. Amanda has recently bought back her label and has her focus firmly on the future. The decision has therefore been taken to dispose of the archive. The gowns have a timeless appeal, made from the finest fabrics with great attention paid to finish and detail, and range from slinky bias cut evening wear to floating chiffon cocktail gowns and heavily beaded or sequined red carpet gowns. They range in size from UK size 8-16. The gowns are priced to sell and although many originally retailed for thousands of pounds estimates start at just £100.
