  • Lindsay Burns & Company are Scotland’s leading family run auctioneers. Our office and saleroom is located at 6 King Street in Perth. The building, completed in 1834, was designed by William MacDonald Mackenzie and is typical of late Georgian ecclesiastical design. Boasting magnificent architecture with spectacular period stained glass windows by Jones and Willis of Birmingham the building is featured in the ‘Heritage of Perth’ by W H Findlay. The massive, open floor space is ideal for exhibiting larger items while a secure viewing space is available for smaller and more valuable pieces. The saleroom also benefits from an on-site car park along with facilities for disabled persons.

This year we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the business which was founded by Lindsay and Elspeth Burns in 1982. The Company ensures a professional approach to managing your property with a friendly and approachable service tailored to meet your requirements.

The Company consists of the Valuation and Auction department, Accounts and Administration department and Operations team.
