Signed card. 5 x 3 ¼ in., Jackson was the Supreme Court Justice from 1941-1954, Attorney General 1940-41, and had been Solicitor General 1938-1940. The phrases Best wishes from and Attorney General are typed on the card. Adhesive to verso (probably from previous placement in a scrapbook), otherwise near fine. ++ TLS by Harold Ickes to Richard Harkness (of United Press), transmitting a book on the Public Works Administration (not present).
