The following, as amended by any posted notices or announcements during the sale, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the catalog shall be offered for sale or sold by YORKSHIRE ESTATE AUCTIONS, LLC. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

ALL GOODS ARE SOLD "AS IS" "WHERE IS". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidders agree to pay an 18.5% buyers premium added to the hammer price of the lot being auctioned.Condition reports in Auction catalog are not guaranteed and may vary in accuracy. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect the goods. All condition reports, measurements, opinion of values, age and quality are offered by Yorkshire Estate Auctions but are not guaranteed. Neither the auction house, nor the consignor, is responsible for the accuracy of printed or verbal descriptions or its authenticity. All jewelry items sold by Yorkshire Estate Auctions are evaluated by third party appraisal firms where certified GIA gemologists evaluate the weight, size and grade of gemstone and/or metal to determine the replacement value of the item. Please be advised that all appraisals are done for insurance purposes only and do not determine the actual value of the jewelry on auction. The appraisals are done for the sole purpose of protecting the buyer in the event of damage or loss of purchased jewelry items from Yorkshire Estate Auctions. Yorkshire Estate Auctions is not responsible for the opinions and appraisals of any third party appraisal firms and their experts.
Yorkshire Estate Auctions and its representatives do not claim any expertise. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, it is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Yorkshire Estate Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Any dispute of purchase must be made within 7 days of sale. All purchases in the state of California are subject to the applicable state sales tax (9%) unless the purchaser has a valid tax exemption number that will be applied to the invoice.
Lots may have reserves or minimum selling prices. This confidential figure is set by consignor and Yorkshire Estate Auctions. Yorkshire Estate Auctions will exercise all reserve bids. The record of sale kept by the auction house is final in any dispute. Digital recordings of the sale will be used for confirmation.
Buyer takes responsibility of the property as soon as the item gets "sold on the block". The auction house may choose to resell items if terms for removal are not met.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the end of each sale. We accept cash (In House Only), checks, PayPal, Traveler's checks, major credit cards or debit cards and wire transfers. Yorkshire Estate Auctions reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by Yorkshire Estate Auctions to the fullest extent of the law. Buyers who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees gallery may incur. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. By participating in Yorkshire Estate Auctions through the internet, bidders consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts where the auctions are held.
RETURNS *IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ*

AS YOU HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS AUCTION, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU REQUEST AND ARE GRANTED BY YORKSHIRE ESTATE AUCTIONS A RETURN, CANCELLATION, OR REFUND, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY A 20% RESTOCKING FEE BASED ON THE FINAL SALE PRICE (I.E. THE HAMMER PRICE) OF EACH ITEM THAT IS RETURNED PLUS THE ENTIRE BUYER'S PREMIUM FOR EACH ITEM AS WELL AS ALL OF THE SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES. THIS MEANS THAT THE RESTOCKING FEE, BUYERS PREMIUM AND SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES ARE NEVER ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR RETURN.

SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE
Yorkshire Estate auctions provides shipping service as a convenience to our customers. Yorkshire Estate Auctions includes an estimated amount in the auction invoice post sale. All domestic shipments are insured at the total bid amount contained in the shipment. Yorkshire Estate Auctions pays for insurance services at its own expense as security for both our customers and Yorkshire Estate Auctions. We also require a direct signature from the bidder upon delivery. Large, heavy, fragile or otherwise unusual items may incur additional charges. Yorkshire Estate Auctions utilizes UPS or FedEx ground shipping for U.S. domestic shipments, which may take between three and seven business days. Under special circumstances, Yorkshire Estate Auctions may ship items using UPS or FedEx Express mail, private carriers or pack and ship companies, the cost of which will be charged to the bidder. All costs charged to a bidders invoice are estimates and Yorkshire Estate Auctions reserves the right to charge additional amounts if such estimates are exceeded. By acknowledging this agreement buyer agrees to any additional charges as may be necessary to accommodate special shipping and handling requests. Shipping and handling charges to foreign countries, U.S. territories, Hawaii and Alaska are higher and often require registry or express mail. The shipping carriers may also limit insurance coverage to foreign locations. Yorkshire Estate Auctions will ship items to foreign locations using the same classes of mail service and additional postal services that it uses to ship to U.S. domestic locations, to the extent that such services are available. Please be advised that insurance coverage may be limited or unavailable for those locations.
