By placing a bid you are entering a legal and binding contract. Non paying bidders will be added to the black list and turned over to collections.

If you do NOT want us to charge the credit card on file, please call the Auction Firm with an alternate form of payment directly following the auction.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID BY 8 AM ON THE MONDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION.

You may call the Auction Firm to arrange payment at 937-416-6335. All items not paid for by the 1st Monday following the auction will be billed to the credit card left on file at registration and shipped.

We accept American Express, MasterCard & Visa. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

All items that are not paid by the due date become property of the Auction Gallery and may be resold at the Galleries discretion.
We accept credit cards for payment for any winning online bidders at all sales. We require credit card information to bid, and may use it for payment if you are the winning bidder.

ALL items are shipped PRIORITY mail. If more than one item is purchased we will combine shipping. Standard shipping is $6.15 for anything we can fit in a small flat rate box or envelope. All paid items will be shipped within 72 hours of you receiving our invoice. All items will be shipped with insurance. If you do not want insurance you must call and request no insurance! Uninsured items are shipped at your own risk. No refunds! No credit!
