All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder and the bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition before bidding. Our goal is to provide accurate descriptions for all items, but should not be construed as a guarantee in any means. It is the sole duty of our customers to make their final decisions regarding an items description, authenticity, materials, condition and value. Your decision to bid confirms that you have either previewed the items, or are in agreement to the conditions and terms listed above.

Shipping - Single coin purchases will be shipped at the rate of $1.95 for the continental United States. Multiple coin purchases will be shipped at actual rate plus $.95 handling fee. Items are also available for pick up. Contact information will be provided upon purchase.
All items offered for sale in this auction will be offered for sale by auction only and there are no presales.
Bidding Increments will be followed throughout the auction without exception and is as follows:
$0 - $30 by $1
$31 - $50 by $5
$50 - $200 by $10
$200 - $500 by $25
$500 - $1,000 by $50
$1,000 - $9,999,999 by $100
Buyer's Premium of 15% will be applied to all winning bids based on a cumulative hammer price of all items purchased.
Invoicing & Payments
Invoicing will follow after the auction is complete. Invoices must be paid within 2 days of the auction. All non-paying bidders on day 8 will be charged a $25 late fee. Any invoices unpaid by the 14th day will be charged $10 per day on top of the original late fee. Bidders will be filed on for non-payment of invoices. We accept Credit Card & PayPal as methods of payment.
Texas Sales Tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. All Dealers must provide a valid resale number upon registration and fill out a Texas Resale Card prior to bidding for Tax Exempt Status.
Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own merchandise or have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all lots consigned by the offender and will publicly recognize that consignor.

THE ACCEPTANCE OF HIGH BID BY THE AUCTIONEER CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE BUYER AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE UNDER TEXAS STATE LAW.
Both parties agree that this is a legally binding contract and it is the responsibility of consignor to seek competent advice regarding these terms if not completely understood. The terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of, and any action hereunder against Auctioneers shall be commenced in the State and County in which the auction occurs. In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or a breach thereof, the parties hereto shall first attempt to settle the dispute by mediation, administered by the [American Arbitration Association] under its [Mediation Rules]. If settlement is not reached within sixty days after service of a written demand for mediation, any unresolved controversy or claim shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be [one or three]. The place of arbitration shall be Houston, Texas. Texas law shall apply. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
In the event that either party in relation to this agreement brings suit after arbitration, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and court costs at trial or on any appeal. Seller also consents to jurisdiction in the circuit or district courts of Harris County Texas.
