More About this Item

Italian title Chassis n° 0110 - Rarest Lamborghini tractors fitted with the Lamborghini engine - Exciting piece of Lamborghini history - Runs well - The Raging Bull Collection - No reserve The quarrel between Enzo Ferrari and Ferruccio Lamborghini led the latter to start up his own car production therefore we can actually thank Mr Ferrari for Lamborghini. Lamborghini started out not making cars but tractors and agricultural machines. They specialized early with many models for specific use like smaller tractors for vineyards. The car and tractor manufacturing went separate ways early and Lamborghini Trattori still successfully produces tractors today. The DL 25 tractor was Lamborghini''s second production tractor. It was available with 3 different engines, the Lombardini LDR 108/2, the German MWN diesel and Lamborghini''s own 2 cylinder diesel engine. The tractor on offer, is one of the only 20 examples of DL 25N fitted with the Lamborghini engine, the rarest version of the 679 tractors manufactured. First registered in 1954 in Reggio Emilia and it still retains its period number plates and libretto today. Restored 3 years ago and not used since then it is now ready to be having fun with on a farm or it can be a stunning addition to any Lamborghini collection in the world.
