- An avant-garde scooter
- Outstanding look
- Original and rare
- From an important collection of Microcars
- No reserve

Halfway between a scooter and a motorbike, this two-wheeler was produced in Germany by Maico, a contraction of Maisch Ccmpany, between 1950 and 1958. Conceived as a "car on two wheels", its inimitable look was particularly futuristic for its time and offered optimal protection for the driver. The spare wheel was even integrated into the body of this scooter, which offered two comfortable seats for its passengers. Initially powered by a single-cylinder two-stroke 150cc engine, mated to a 3-speed gearbox, the engine capacity rose to 175cc in 1953, and in 1955, a 200cc 4-speeder was produced. The model on offer, an MB 175, was registered on September 15, 1954 and has belonged to its current owner since 2010. Sold in its original condition, this rare scooter, assembled in Germany, will need to be restored and restarted. This scooter with its nice design and avant-garde look is a great opportunity for an original experience.
