British title
Chassis n° WBSAK050601894600

- Close to 30 000 £ spent on restoration
- Only 148 examples!
- Top performance
- Optional sunroof

The car on offer was bought by the current British owner in 2014. He acquired it from an enthusiast who in turn bought it from a dealer. According to correspondence in the file, this BMW had covered 100 000 km at the time and came from Germany. Wishing to keep the car in his collection without using it, the owner had it stored in good conditions. In charge of a repair workshop, he ensured the BMW E30 M3 was driven regularly, but has covered some 100 km in it.
As soon as he took ownership, the current owner began a complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration, the details of which can be found on invoices available in the file. The paintwork alone cost £ 6 500, while the engine rebuild generated over £17 000 of bills. This M3 is presented today in impeccable condition.
The high performance of this compact BMW makes it one of the most sought-after models. The 2.3-litre engine with a 16-valve head, derived from competition versions, produces 195 bhp, and is mated to a five-speed Getrag gearbox, giving a top speed of 235 km/h. The aerodynamic features contribute to the stability of this car that, enjoying the " M3 " title, quickly became the most celebrated BMW E30.
Moreover, the version on offer is the rare limited series, Europameister, from 1988. Just 148 examples were produced to commemorate the victories of Roberto Ravaglia in the ETCC (European Touring Car Championship). It was only available in Macao bleu with light grey leather interior, which is how this example is presented, complete with the optional electric sunroof.

Please note that the car is sold without MOT.
