While we try to handle and store all items with great care we will have no liability for any loss or damage to an item after the hammer has fallen. Merchandise is sold to the highest bidder, in-house bidder is tie winner.
Persons attending during exhibition, sale, or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the auction company from liability therefore. Buyers accept full responsibility for all costs incurred for removal. Packaging and Shipping of larger items are the responsibility of the BUYER solely. Any small items, such as coins, may be packed and shipped by the auction house. Items packaged and shipped by the auction house will incur a handling fee and actual Priority Mail shipping fees, including insurance. We will combine multiple purchases where possible. If your items are taken to professional shipper you will be notified by them of charges incurred for professional packing and shipping . Any use of such is entirely at the user's risk. All items are sold subject to applicable Federal and State Regulations. All modern guns must be registered. Gun registration is handled by All American Auction. Modern handgun purchasers must be Texas residents at least 21 years of age and must have a government issued photo id (driver's license). Out of state residents must have an FFL or a licensed dealer in their state to receive shipments of handguns. Modern rifle and shotgun purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to purchase firearms. C&R lots will convey to C&R FFL holders per Federal regulations. Firearms can be picked up at All American Auction, 346 Main, Rosebud, Texas 76570. Shipping Availability: All American Auction provides shipping for firearms (except NRR firearms). The cost is: long guns: $50 for the first long gun; $25 for each additional long gun won. Handguns: $35 for first handgun; $20 for each additional handgun won. Please note: There may be additional fees charged by the FFL holder that you firearm is shipped to. All American Auction has no control over this possible additional fee. If you bid on a firearm and do not pass the NICS check your credit card will be charged and money will NOT be refunded. If you do not follow the instructions in the terms and conditions of sale, your money will NOT be refunded.
