Sales tax will be collected from Texas bidders unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us. You must fax your Texas Exemption form to 432-683-4042
Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder. All items become the property of the bidder when the auctioneer says, "sold".
ABANDONED ITEMS: Any item left over 30 days from the close of the auction will be considered abandoned and sold for storage charges.
Packing, shipping, and insurance costs are NOT included as part of the purchase price. All items will be taken to the local Shipper- Express Package Plus . If you would like it shipped by another carrier please contact us with details. The cost of shipping will be then added to the credit card on file. WE ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO SHIP LARGE FURNITURE. WE WILL HOLD IT(UP TO 10 DAYS) FOR YOU TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.
