Details: This pair of original watercolor street scenes by noted American artist and illustrator Vernon Howe Bailey are archivally matted and framed to approx. 14"x17".
Vernon Howe Bailey (1874-1953) was an American artist. After undertaking art studies, he was a staff member at The Philadelphia Times and the Boston Herald. He also contributed to publications including Scribner's and Harper's.
