Cloth, in dj. Near fine in very good dj with minor creasing to dj, slight wear to dj’s spine ends, 7/8 inch tear at lower right of rear panel. ++ YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE. New American Library, (1964). 1st American edition of the last James Bond book to be printed in Fleming’s lifetime. Yellow cloth with black facsimile signature, orange-red title and horizontal rules on spine, top edge stained red, and orange-red eps. White dj by Paul Bacon with “007” at top of front flap. “$4.50” dj price. Photo by Dan Wynn on rear dj panel. “H0018” at lower left corner of rear panel. 8vo. Very good with short tears to dj. ++ THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN. New American Library, (1965). Black paper-covered boards simulating leather with golden gun across front cover, spine, and right edge of rear cover. Top edge stained yellow. Mustard yellow eps. Dj has small black bullet holes on front panel, bio of Fleming on rear flap, photo of Fleming on rear flap, and “HOO42” at lower right corner of rear panel. “$4.50” price at upper left corner of front flap. Does not have the “002” that is at least sometimes found at the lower left corner of front flap. Foxing to dj flaps, otherwise very good. ++ THUNDERBALL. Viking, 1961. 8vo.
