For on-line, live internet or absentee bidding there is a 15% buyers premium. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. If there is a credit card on file it will be charged . We require you to have a credit card on file and will charge your card if your items are not paid within 4 days following the auction. Credit card 'may' be charged separately once shipping charges are established.
COIN AUCTIONS: All items in our Numismatic auctions are guaranteed to be as stated in the description. We will accept returns on any items that is not as stated in the description. Shipping / Packaging is started on the Monday following the auction and will be shipped on the first available day following payment of your shipping invoice.
FIREARMS AUCTIONS: Any auctions conducted that include the sale of fire arms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State and Local laws. An onsite agent will be on the premises for these sales to conduct any and all background checks in the event that a fire arm is awarded. A $10 fee will be charged for this service on site on the first fire arm and a $5 fee will be charged for any additional fire arms awarded in that same auction to the same bidder. These fees apply to any firearms sold online as well for processing. Any fire arms that require shipping (this includes antique, vintage or new) will be shipped by our licensed agent and must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location. If the winner posses his own FFL license it may be shipped directly to him/her. (normally hand guns are $20 and rifles are $40 but depending on weight this could be a little higher) A shipping charges will be assessed by our licensed agent for shipping on a different credit card transaction. This includes all packaging, boxing, labeling, insurance and processing. Any person bidding on fire arms agree to all of the above prior to bidding and must know the laws of their own state guidelines.

The auction company will do the packing and shipping for small items in this auction and normal shipping is within 3-5 business days following the auction. While we cannot provide shipping for the larger furniture items, we will be happy to help you make arrangements for it. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping, insurance, and packing costs. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier, bidder to pay associated costs. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will gladly deliver large items to our local Carriers at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company. Insurance is required for any and all purchases. Insurance is assessed at $1.50 per hundred with a $1.50 minimum insurance cost.

Preview is available 2 hours prior to the start of the auction on the day of the auction until the auction begins. Contact auction company with additional questions. Items may be viewed at any time online prior to the auction.
Your purchases must be removed within 5 days of the auction. Items not removed within this time period will be sold for storage charges or you will be charged a daily fee of $5.00 per item for storage.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
AUCTIONS UNLIMITED is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against AUCTIONS UNLIMITED or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
On-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email. In order to have enough time to conduct authorizations, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the day before the holiday or the Friday prior to the auction.
In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between AUCTIONS UNLIMITED and the bidder throughout any transactions.

Sales Tax
All local and Louisiana residents will be charged tax. If you are out of state but pick up your merchandise at our facility, you must also pay sales tax. If you are a business, you must provide a copy of your sales tax exemption papers.
