This lot includes the group of ephemera shown in the corresponding image. This material consists of scrap and autograph books dating back to the mid-19th century and early twentieth century. The earliest scrapbook has clippings pasted into "The Utica Directory No. 4 of 1833." One scrapbook features color comic strip clippings, while another has holiday cards (Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.) pasted in. Due to the high volume of books and other interesting items on paper we are selling at this auction, we will be offering a number of bulk buy opportunities such as this one during the course of the day.
