Description: A collection of Staffordshire and South Yorkshire black basalt teawares with rare marks, late 18th/early 19th centuries, all with impressed marks, comprising: a Moseley commode-shaped teapot and cover sprigged with Britannia; a Davenport teapot and associated cover; a Mist sander; a Ferrybridge rectangular sugar box and cover; a Shorthose & Co. ozier-moulded jug; a Salopian jug sprigged with classical subjects; a Moseley jug with a brick band lower section; a Birch barrel-shaped jug; an E.
