A fine pair of flintlock pistols, dating: circa 1700
Smooth, two-stage, 12 mm cal. barrels with rings at the girdle, slightly engraved at the edges; locks with beautiful chiselling and engravings depicting masks (depicted in profile at the hammer)and floral motifs, sliding pan cover; slightly sculpted, wooden full stocks with iron mounts decorated en suite, pierced counter-plate, leaf-shaped triggers, belt hook and horn-tipped wooden ramrods with iron cartridge extractors.
