Description: Heavy issue with five rivets, but no hallmarks, manufactured by C.E. Juncker in Berlin, with clearly visible red enamelled background of laurel wreath. The laurel wreath in its first issue with nine notches on the year plate "1941", with light-coloured gilding and polished edges, the reverse highly polished. The enamel of the swastika with barely visible repairs. Width 64.3 mm. Weight 65.8 g. The item is presented in an award case in a form hitherto unknown, made of black artificial leather paper with domed lid and accurately fitting domed (round disc) velvet insert and lining of white artificial silk (somewhat loose) on the inside of the lid. Width 11.7 cm. Height 35 mm. We consider this award case to be the first sample used by Juncker!
