Description: Broad double-edged blade of lenticular section. The upper third with narrow triple fullers on both sides. The central blade section on both sides with Islamic(?) inscription heavily worn by cleaning. Quillons slightly curved towards the blade, with guard ring on the obverse and thumb bar on the reverse. Stepped grip with replaced leather cover over cord wrap. Biconical pommel with grooved decoration. Length 126 cm. Hermann Historica, auction 11, May 1985, lot 265.
