Description: A Greek terracotta figure of a seated woman, c. 3rd - 2nd Century BC, wearing a long gown with open chest and polos, her features are nicely modeled and her hands on the sides of her knees. The figure is molded in a dark red-brown ware with remnants of pigment below mineral deposits. H: 3 3/4 in (9.5 cm). Ex Philadelphia private collection.
