Description: Polychrome depiction of the Battle of Uji, highlighted in gold on silk. In the centre the generals Takazune and Kagesuiye on horseback, throwing themselves at the enemy, behind them footsoldiers. Inscribed "Toshinobu". Mounted on beige, brown and gold speckled paper. Occasional creases, minor insect damages in places. Dimensions 42 x 363 cm.
