A Meissen porcelain group of greenfinches
late 19th century, the three birds modelled perched around a fallen branch, two eating small pine cones, realistically enamelled with gilt highlighting, the base with underglaze blue crossed swords mark and incised mark 'F146', with smaller incised '14' beneath and dark green overglaze painted '12', 7.5in (19cm) high, some losses, old repair to one tail.
