Description: Iron suji kabuto formed of 12 plates, the initially taller bowl shortened and modified with a plain, later mabezashi. Three-stage, smooth tehen kanamono, five-lame hinenoshikoro of smooth iron plates and covered with leaf metal, red sugake lacing. Iron Ubaho mempo, lacquered black, yodare kake missing. Light ni mai nuinobe do of iron plates with leaf metal appliqués in red sugake lacing. Seven four-lame leather kusazuri, also decorated with leaf metal. Bishamon kote with smooth hyotan gane and kusari, ko sode sewn to the upper arm. Kusarihaidate with ikada. Black lacquered shinosuneate with kusari and applied leaf metal. Composed of parts from the late Edo period and assembled during the Meiji period. The textile parts worn, the surfaces partially with inattentively applied leaf metal, lacquer surfaces bumped in places, lacings somewhat damaged. With a bumped, iron mounted gusokubetsu.
