A PAIR OF BEIPING FENG XIANG BONE AND 22K GOLD CHOPSTICKS IN TOURMALINE BEADED KESI FAN CASE.
China, late Qing dynasty. Chopsticks with gold tips and caps, linked by chain. Tips marked with famed jeweler Lao Feng Xiang''s "Beiping Feng Xiang" six character mark, caps marked with characters "Fu Xin," meaning "lovely fragrance." Fan case embroidered with bamboo stalks and a couplet over blue silk, opposite side of cream colored silk and decorated with birds, flowers, and insects. Topped with ruyi clouds, with silk strap and pink tourmaline bead.
