Description: A pair of Chinese famille rose lobed baluster vases, Qianlong period, each painted with floral sprays, the domed covers with pointed finial, 9.75in.; some damage
Vase 1 - has a 30mm x 18mm max. section broken and restuck to the neck with an associated shallow chip and some fritting around the rim, its accompanying cover has 2 large shallow chips beneath and losses to the inner flange and glaze chips to the edge.
Vase 2 - some fritting and glaze losses around the top rim, the cover has a small shallow chip to one of the corners and another shallow chip on top and a broken and restuck finial with some losses to it, both have wear to the gilding.
