Description: A pair of Roman glass bracelets, c. 1st 4th Century AD, the first with a central band with black and white herringbone pattern surrounded by a striped opaque band in black, red and green. Dia: 3 ¾ in (9.5 cm). The second is a yellow glass bangle with nicely twisted pattern and light iridescence. Dia: 3 1/8 in (7.9 cm). Both nice examples with light deposits. Ex Early Times Auction, (July, 1978), lot A-27.
