Description: Cal. 9 mm Parabellum, no. 1525x. Matching numbers including firing pin. Mirror-like bore. Eagle/N and British proof mark. Prepared for Schiwy safety. Chamber marked "1940", front toggle link with Mauser banner. Fork with acceptance marks eagle/655. Original bluing with light signs of wear at front of barrel, on trigger plate and frame, lightly patinated on grip. Dark walnut grip panels, small blemish at safety. Blued sheet metal magazine with aluminium base, police-style numbering "1 / 5915 / x", no acceptance. Very rare collector's weapon produced for police, but for unknown reasons delivered to military. Very good condition. Comes with a worn, black cowhide holster, maker Wien 40, acceptance eagle/WaA47. Stitches and pull strap in good order. Cf.
