Description: Cal. 9 mm Parabellum, no. 3603h. Matching numbers including firing pin and grip panels, except trigger. Good bore. Chamber marked "1915", front toggle link with DWM logo. Various imperial acceptance marks. On left side of frame faint presentation engraving in Hebrew, see below. Original bluing with wear marks mainly on trigger plate, partially spotted. Dark walnut grip panels. Nickel-plated sheet metal magazine with wooden base, no number. Unique item in good to very good condition. Comes with lightly worn, black cowhide holster, maker "Friedrich Böttger / Eisleben / 1916". Stitches and pull strap in good order. With Hebrew inscription (tr.) "Dedicated to General Gorodis by General Narkiss 1968". General Narkiss was an Israeli commander during the Six Day War of 1967 and presented this weapon to his colleague, the well-known arms collector General Gorodis, on the occasion of his promotion to General.
