Description: ebony and boxwood strung, serpentine and breakfronted top above a central concealed drawer, above a tambour sliding cupboard flanked by drawers
The sideboard is in good conserved condition and is of high quality. Old marks and scratches consistent with age and use. There are repaired shrinking cracks to the front drawers and returns, and minor losses to the veneer an beading, notably to the right side of the frieze drawer. Two age cracks to the sides, stable. Fitting lacking to cellarette drawer. Later green baise, lift out tray and fittings to frieze drawer.
