Probably provincial, early 20th century

The mounted saint in armour and a red cloak with dense chrysography, plunging his spear into the mouth of the winged dragon, the rescued princess Elisaba shown in front of the tower''s gate, Christ blessing in nimbus above, against a tooled gold background, the border framed as an arch adorned with flowers in incised polychromy.
