Description: A Sino-Tibetan Gilt Bronze Tsong Khapa seated on double lotus base with legs in dhyanasana and with hands in dharmachakra mudra (turning the Dharma Wheel gesture). His right hand holds a lotus stem with a sword rising from a lotus flower and his left hand holds a lotus stem with a book/scripture and cintamani (jewel) resting on a lotus flower. He wears a typical traditional long and pointed hat with side lappets of the Gelugpa tradition and he has a kind and gentle smile. Base plate is intact. Period: circa 18th Century. Height: 18.5cm. 18th世紀 銅鎏金宗喀巴像

Condition Report: Both lotus spray are attachable and detachable from sockets
