Description: The group of three figures carved in half relief in unpainted lime wood, with a beautiful age patina. The figure of Christ of the three-nail type, with a crown of thorns and loin cloth. Mary, standing, with bonnet and cloak, her hands folded on her breast. John, also standing, holds his right hand in front of his face. Height of the figure of Christ 74 cm, height of the accompanying figures, both 77 cm. The figure of John inscribed on the back "Joh. Georg Mairle von Eslingen hatte diessen Altar Rinofirt ano 1850 da er die Jahreszahlen 1524 an diesem Bilde fand so ist es jedzt 326 Jahre alt" (tr. "Joh. Georg Mairle of Eslingen renovated this altar in the year 1850 when he found the date 1524 on this picture, so it is now 326 years old").
