Description: Blade hirazukuri, flat torii zori, futa suji bi on both sides. O notare hamon, not visible at the top third toward the kissaki. Itame hada with several kizu. Old kesho polish. Nakago ubu, one mekugi ana, higaki yasurime, uninscribed. Silvered copper habaki. The handachi-like mounting of rough brass with ring mon from the late Edo period, mokkogata brass tsuba soldered to the saya. Tsuka fitted with same and mounted with a pair of gilt nigurome blossom menuki, beige linen wrap. Saya with black textured lacquer rubbed with gold. Fluted brass kozuka. Length k/m 28.8 cm, total length 43 cm.
