formed as a drinking horn with hound-head terminal, the supports formed by bow-wielding nymphs, the body chased at the front with a stag in a glen, on one side with a Medieval hawking party, and on the other the other side with a 19th century fox hunt, all surrounded by oak leaves, the neck with band of Celtic interlace and presentation inscription, the domed cover with fully-modeled group of a bearded huntsman with a couple of hounds on leads
