Description: formed as a drinking horn with hound-head terminal, the supports formed by bow-wielding nymphs, the body chased at the front with a stag in a glen, on one side with a Medieval hawking party, and on the other the other side with a 19th century fox hunt, all surrounded by oak leaves, the neck with band of Celtic interlace and presentation inscription, the domed cover with fully-modeled group of a bearded huntsman with a couple of hounds on leads

The inscription reads:
To J.C. Cunningham Esqr. of Craigends, from the members of the Lanarkshire & Renfrewshire Hunt, on the occasion of his marriage, 4th July 1901 John Charles Cunningham was the eldest son of Alexander Cunningham of Craigends, Master of the Hunt from 1850 to 1893. The family were part owners of the Glengarnock Steel Works and benefited from the great extension of the railways; J.C. Cunningham later served as chairman of the firm.
