Description: Iron eboshi kabuto formed of four plates, brown lacquered ikakeji tataki nuri surface, five-lame hineno shikoro in ishime lacquer with blue-red sugake lacing, fukigaeshi with the mon of the Katabami clan. Gilt dragon maedate. Iron, smooth hambo with yasurime and russet iron surface. Three-lame, part-gilt, blue laced yodare kake. Ni mai yokohagi do of iron and also with ikakeji tataki nuri surface, the upper plates gilt and with light blue kebiki lacing. Kohire and collar reworked. Six attached five-lame black lacquered kusazuri, the lowest plate gilt, sugake lacing replaced. Oda kote in sabinuri lacquer with large hyotan gane on replaced brocade. Kusari ikada haidate of black lacquered iron on green brocade. Black lacquered shinosuneate with kusari. Parts of the armour with different signs of age and use and partially improper repairs.
