Description: Acier Comprime Side by Side Shotgun. Cal. 12 Ga. S# 3603. Overall condition is very good. Bores are near excellent. A vintage European shotgun with 27 1/2" barrels that measure a tight full and improved cylinder. Standard 2 3/4" chambers. Some of the markings on the bottom of the barrel are "EN Lingot", "Choke Rectifie", "Special Poop" and "St. Etienne". Has nice engraving on the box lock action which has dual underlugs and round crossbolt. Case colors are very nice. Metal surfaces retain almost all bluing although it does appear that it is a refinish. Side clips on the fences. Action is tight with lever worn just to center. Has a nicely checkered splinter forend with push button nose cap release. Butt stock is straight grip with checkering in the grip area and side panels. The comb area has been rectangularly cut out and has had a riser inserted of 5/8". Has Pachmayr old English brown pad. Very nice French shotgun altered for someone's own physique. 14 1/2" LOP. Not C&R because it is modified. (09-256 / NW / RD). Modern. Est. $ 700 - 1000.

It is your choice of carrier - Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. 4. It is our policy that all long arms be double boxed. 5. We reserve the right to refuse to ship and or insure an item we deem too fragile, delicate or bulky.
6. All firearms and any items that are insured by Poulin’s Damage Protection are required to have
signature confirmation.
7. “Rushed Shipment” - On occasion we have had customers request immediate shipment of their
goods. No merchandise will be shipped unless they are paid in full. The fee for a “rushed shipment” is
$20.00. Any “Rushed” items must be paid in full by Credit Card. If paying by checks your items will not
be “rushed”.
8. Please keep in mind that if you pay by check your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared
the bank. Also you may see that it has cleared on your end before we see it. We must be able to see
that it has cleared before we will ship anything.
INSURANCE Because of numerous experiences with FedEx, USPS & UPS ( Their refusal to pay when damages occur in shipping), we now use a special outside insurance company for damage protection of goods we ship. The charge for insurance is $ .55 cents per $100.00 up to $ 50,000.00. Over $ 50,000.00 our insurance company quotes the remaining charge.
OUTSIDE THE US - INSURANCE LIMITATIONS. Our insurance carrier will not insure any items shipped to foreign countries. They also will not insure anything shipped by boat. If you wish, we can purchase insurance for you from the carrier – FedEx, USPS or UPS, etc,. However, under no circumstances would we be responsible for any losses or portions of losses not indemnified by the shipping carrier. Therefore, if UPS refuses to pay the claim or pays only a portion of the claim, Poulin’s Antiques & Auctions will bear no responsibility for any remaining portion. We therefore encourage all foreign customers to get their own insurance coverage that will protect them. If using an exporter, it may be possible to purchase insurance through them. If you wish to use UPS, USPS, FedEx, or your own insurance for you items, You must sign off under the SHIPPING METHOD SECTION releasing Poulin Antiques &?Auctions from any liabilities resulting from any lack of restitution from these shippers. We will not be responsible for any damages, lost or stolen items (packages), or responsible for these shippers refusal to fully compensate you for damages.

Payment Information: All items are to be paid for in American Funds the day of the sale. Checks are to be pre-approved by auctioneer prior to the auction (at least 2 business days before auction). The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by checks that have not been pre-approved, until the check has cleared the bank. We accept Cash, pre-approved checks, Visa, MC , American Express & Discover & wire transfers. Must have valid drivers license when paying by charge cards & checks. Buyer's Premium: A Buyers Premium of 17% will be applied to all property sold to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price and is therefore subject to applicable state sales tax. A 2% discount will be given to those paying by Cash or pre-approved
check.
Taxes: A 5% sales tax must be charged to anyone from Maine who cannot present a valid ANNUAL RESALE CERTIFICATE at time of registration. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are from out of state we still require a copy of your sales tax accompanied with an affidavit (proof of your business, such as business check or card, etc.)
