American Silver Strainer and a Pair of Sugar Nips

The strainer having a single loop handle, the bowl with pierced foliate decoration, impressed on underside of rim PS in a rectangle; the scissors-form sugar nips with shovel-form grips, one engraved with initials II. Impressed on interior of each grip PS in a shield.
