Description: An Alexander Hamilton Signed Document, ca. June 25th, 1792, Washington D.C., Signed 'A. Hamilton', as the Secretary of Treasury (one page). The document, a Treasury Department circular, regarding the Ten per centum as mentioned in the entitled act 'An Act for raifing a farther fum of money for the protection of the frontiers, &c.' (sic). The document is attractively matted and framed with a Max Rosenthal engraving. Strong signature. H: 7 3/4 W: 9 1/4 in.
