Description: An Edwardian silver cylindrical small biscuit box or cannister by Horace Woodward & Co Ltd, London 1904, with a loop handle and hinged lockplate, engraved 'D.L. from F.G. June 6th 1905', 8.5cm (3 3/8in) high, 188g (6.05 oz) A wedding present to Edward Douglas Loch, 2nd Baron Loch (1873-1942) on his 6th June 1905 marriage to Lady Margaret Louisa Lizzie Compton, daughter of William George Spencer Scott Compton, 5th Marquess of Northampton.
