18 jewel movement no. 1142954, ref. 3468/5, adj. to temp., isochronism and five positions, case no. 2650165 attached to an integral mesh link bracelet and foldover clasp. Case, dial, movement and clasp signed for Patek Philippe.
Diameter: 33mm; Length: 7 1/4 in.

Overall condition: good to very good
Movement: 18 jewel, no. 1142954, ref. 3468/5, adj. to temp., isochronism and five positions, no corrosion, discoloration or excessive wear. Sets, winds and runs.
Case back: stamped for 18 karat, Patek Philippe with Swiss marks, light to moderate scratches
Bracelet : in good condition with light twist, light scratches (a couple of moderate scratches) clasp in very good condition.
Dial: in good condition with some minor nicks and glue from reattaching crystal. Logo in very good condition, hands and dial original.
