Description: An exhibition quality 3 1/2 inch gauge model of Great Western Railway Saint Class 4-6-0 tender locomotive 'Saint Vincent', 2930, built by Mr P.R. Cottrell of Chester in 2009-2010, the copper boiler with fittings including sight-glass, drain cock, steam regulator, pressure gauge, reverse control, vacuum brake control, valves, cab-controlled cylinder draincocks, lever-operated firebox doors and planked flooring, the chassis with twin outside cylinders and Stephenson's reverse gear, ratchet lubricator system, two injectors, fluted motion, detailed rivet-work, fitted handrails, steps, lamp irons and lamp, the six-wheel tender with water tank, hand-operated feed pump, tool boxes, brakes, cocks, fitted steps and handrails, finished in lined green livery with polished bright-work, 122cm long, the cab 17cm wide.

Boiler History: Northern Association of Model Engineers boiler test records. Boiler Number N73-80-133. Hydraulic Test Pressure 160 psi., expires 5th March 2015. Steam pressure test 80 psi, expired 16th August 2013. Sold with certificated records. The locomotive has been steamed only five times since completion.
