All Vehicle titles will be held until funds have been verified. Titles must be assigned to the buyer or some other identity.

Successful bidders will receive an email invoice immediately following auction close. Full payment of invoice is required within 24 hours of the invoice date. Credit card on file will be charged automatically after this time. Call our office at (815) 790-9435 immediately if you wish to pay with something other then your registered credit card. Accepted means of payment are Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Wire Transfer. Full payment must be made and properly honored before any auction item will be released to buyer, packed or shipped.

The Bidder, grants Donley Auction Services, Inc. a standing authorization to charge the Bidders credit card after 24 hours of the invoice date for any and all costs, fees, buyers premiums, packaging, shipping, storage disposal fees as well as for any other costs, charges and/or fees incurred.

There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to Hammer Price. Plus an additional 3% site fee. Total Buyer's Premium will be 18%.

There will be a 7% sales tax added for all Illinois Residences. Sales tax will not be charged if you are tax exempt and provide a copy of your state issued Sellers' Permit/Tax ID certificate at time of purchase or on titled vehicles.

Shipping:
Donley Auction Services, Inc. works with national shippers and can pack and ship your purchase at buyers sole expense. Special packaging, palletizing and handling if needed may require additional charges. All orders requiring shipping will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days after auction date and payment has been confirmed. Shipping charges will be billed separately on registered credit card unless you contact us immediately and provide alternate form of payment. You may provide your own shipper. If you are using your own shipper: All additional charges, including packaging & handling must be paid prior to auction items release to any shipper.

Picking Up: All buyers wishing to pickup there purchase must pick items up during posted pickup times only. Failure to make pick up during these times will result in automatic packing and shipping your purchases. Shipping charges will be applied to credit card on file and items shipped at auction houses convenience.
