Description: ASIAN: Two "spun thread" glass panels, possibly Chinese and from the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), depicting carp swimming through underwater vegetation including coral, minor isolated loss to both panels, one panel with three areas of loss extending almost fully across panel along diagonals, both fitted for hanging and with gray taped edges, each 13" square. [The consignor believes that these panels came from a larger screen dating to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644)].
