Note: A drawing of this composition, but in reverse by Nicholaes Berchem, dated 1657 is in the Petschek Collection, New York. An engraving of this composition was produced by Johannes Visscher, and the present painting is likely to have been done from that by Berchem's pupil Jan van der Bent.
