Description: Persian Iranian Qajar Shah Antique FARMAN Royal King Iran Authentic, Pre PahlaviOriginal authentic Nasir al-Din Shah Qajar hand signed farman with gold tahsib artwork, and Royal seal. Prior to the reign of the Pahlavi Dynasty of Iran were the Qajar (Ghajar) Kings. Nasir al-Din Shah, the son of Mohammad Shah Qajar ruled from 1848-1896. He was one of the longest reining kings of Iran, and one of the most influential. Original documents, hand signed, like this one are extremely rare, and are mostly found in museums, or Qajar family collections.This amazing museum quality piece in extremely pristine, near perfect condition has been a treasured family heirloom in the collection of descendants of a member of the Qajar Family. The \\\"Farman\\\" or \\\"Decree\\\" was written by the court calligrapher, signed by the King himself, and then layered with beautiful miniature style tahsib (real authentic gold) artwork. This beautiful piece should be framed, and hung on the wall as a timeless tribute to Iran\\\'s history and artists.
