Eisenhower and all the subordinate authorities to recognize him as the consul of the State of Israel in: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
Yaacov Avnon (1996 - 1919) - Born in Poland, immigrated to Israel on 1937, served as a Major in the British army and as a Lieutenant-Colonel in IDF (Israel Defense Force - TZAHAL), joined the ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1950.
