Description: Double Steeple Mahogany Wagon Spring Shelf Clock, J. Ives Patent Birge & Fuller, Bristol, Connecticut, c. 1845, painted zinc dial with Roman numerals, mirror and frosted lower tablet, printed makers label inside case stating J. Ives, Patent, Excelorating Equalizing Lever Spring, Berge & Fuller, Bristol Conn., eight-day time and strike brass movement with iron lever spring mounted in base, original key and pendulum. Frosted glass is cracked. Measures approx. 27" tall x 13 1/2" wide x 4" deep.
