Amsterdam and by WIlliam Johnson, London, 1612, title and frontis. lacking and replaced in facsimile, 19th century manuscript ownership signature and date to A1 and to first f.e.p., closed tear to D3, slight loss to foredge of L2, occ. spotting, dust and finger soiling throughout, forty-one engraved b & w sea charts (including thirty-nine double page), numerous woodcut coastal profiles and illusts. to text, two volvelles to text (one detached), addn. ink ownership stamps to front and rear end papers, partial adhesion of first and second f.e.p., upper hinge and joint weak, 19th century half calf, rubbed and worn, oblong 4to. Koeman M. Bl 11. Rare in any state but the edition with English text must be considered extremely scarce. (1)
